Alterations
We will accommodate alterations requested by customer within mutually agreeable limits. The
alterations and associated costs will be discussed with the customer and the appropriate
documentation prepared and signed by IMF and the customer.
Wood Selection
Only solid 3/4 inch hardwood and 3/4 inch veneer plywood in Red Oak or Cherry is used on our
furniture. Absolutely no composite materials ( particle board, MDF, etc. is used ).
Finish
Our fine furniture consists of several types of coatings to enhance the grain and inherent beauty of
the wood and to offer the requisite protection for functional pieces of furniture.
Assembly of Furniture
Musician's Center: the only assembly required is the mounting of the sheet music rest adjustable
arm assembly. This entails the driving of two wood screws into two pre-drilled locations on the top of
the cabinet portion.
Guitar Case Floor Stand: the only assembly required is:
- assembly of the sides ( horizontal to vertical member ) with 2 connector bolts.
- assembly of the sides to the lower/rear horizontal support with four connector bolts ( connector
bolts and allen wrench provided ).
- assembly of the sides to the top and lower/front horizontal supports with 4 dowels into four pre-
drilled locations on the supports ( dowels provided ).
- assembly should take less than five minutes- instructions provided.
Foot Stool: no assembly required
Hygrometer with Stand: no assembly required
